It's nearly time to Rustle up a Cure at the 2026 Diamonds & Denim Gala Dinner and Auction on
Saturday, January 24th at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency. Please share this with your other guests.
What you need to know:
When: 5:00 pm, Saturday January 24th. Check-In opens at
4:30 pm.
Where: Bellevue Hyatt Regency - Evergreen Ballroom - 900
Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA.
Theme: Diamonds & Denim - Giddy Up in your best, sparkly-est duds, or just come as you like and enjoy great food, fun and
bidding on awesome Silent and Live Auction Items, then join in some boot scootin' with DJ Sean Denard.
Schedule of Events:
4:30: Check-In and Photo Booth open.
5:00: Silent Auction opens. Champagne and Hors d'oeuvres served, and No Host Bar
6:40: Silver Silent Auction Closes
6:50: Dining Room Doors Open
7:00: Blue Silent Auction Closes
7:00: Live Auction and Dinner Begins
9:45: Dancing until
midnight
Golden Ticket and Drink Tray Raffle: Tickets will be sold during the Silent Auction for $100 each.
The Golden Ticket will be drawn before the start of the Live Auction and the winner gets to pick any
Live Auction Item.
New this year, we will be drawing six winners of Drink Trays for your table.
Want to treat your table to a round of drinks? Make sure you get your
raffle tickets during the Silent Auction. Six prize winners will be drawn and
the drinks served just before the start of the Live Auction.
Preview: Preview the Silent Auction Catalog and Live Auction Catalog. Copies of the Live Auction Catalog will be available in the dining room, the Silent Auction Catalog is only available online.
Parking: Self-parking is free and Valet Parking is also available
at the Hyatt.
Check-In: You are pre-registered; no tickets are
required. You will be asked to verify your contact information and swipe a credit card to cover any purchases you
make during the evening.
- All Guests will receive a name badge indicating your table
number and bid number.
- All Guests will receive a meal ticket in your name badge
indicating your pre-selected meal choice. Display this ticket at your place
setting. Dietary restrictions have been given to the hotel staff and are denoted by a sticker on your meal ticket.
- Benefactor Guests who chose Valet Parking
will receive a voucher in your name badge, good for the evening but not for
overnight parking.
- Benefactor Guests who chose Drink Tickets
will receive two drink tickets in your name badge.
If you have dietary restrictions that were not submitted, contact us immediately so we can inform the kitchen.
If there are any changes to your registration, please let us know as soon as
possible.
